Shipping & Delivery

For security reasons, stevenzale.com will require an adult signature upon delivery. In addition, purchases may not be shipped to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses, which are not available through UPS.
All purchases are shipped to the greater United States via UPS. To estimate total delivery time for your purchase, please allow one to two business days to process your order for shipment, in addition to the time indicated by your preferred shipping method. Next day, second day, and ground shipping is available with applicable insurance on all shipments. Shipping prices will vary depending on method, size of item, price of item (insurance price will then vary), and location of delivery. Orders are processed and delivered Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Stevenzale.com cannot be responsible for unanticipated delays.

By providing your email, cell phone number and/or telephone number during registration or personalization, you agree to receive marketing (including email, cell phone text messaging, and/or voice messaging) information from stevenzale.com that informs you of new products, sales, promotions, contests, and features. Depending on the terms of your cell phone calling plan, you may incur, at your sole expense, a charge for received text messages. We may also offer you special promotions from our site or our sponsors. If you prefer not to receive such communications, you may contact us at customerservice@stevenzale.com. Return Policy

If for any reason the Customer is not satisfied with the product(s) the Customer has purchased pursuant to this Order, the Customer may return the product(s) to Zalemark, Inc. within fifteen (15) days (except as otherwise noted below) after the date the product(s) was/were shipped. To take advantage of this policy, please understand that the item(s) must be received in Zalemark, Inc.'s warehouse within 15 days (5 days with respect to items priced at over $10,000) from the original shipment date - so please take this into account when deciding a method of return shipment. Please note that products over $10,000 must be returned within 5 days of the original shipment date.) Zalemark, Inc. will provide a full refund - excluding shipping and handling charges so long as the below rules are followed by the Customer. Please allow Zalemark, Inc. approximately 30 business days to process any refund request. Returns are limited to one (1) order per returned package. To be eligible for a full refund, the Customer must observe the following rules and procedures:
a.   Upon receipt of the package the Customer should promptly open it and carefully examine the product(s) that were purchased. If upon examining the item(s), Customer decides that he or she does not wish to keep the item(s) for any reason, Customer must return it promptly in accordance with the procedures outlined below. You must call in advance for a return authorization number before we can accept any item for return or repair (800) 949-9809
 
 
b.   All of our products come with an identification tag attached. This tag is designed in such a way to allow the Customer to examine the product carefully without obstruction. All items must be returned with the tag intact and not tampered with in any way.
 
c.   Customers should take care in handling the items because Zalemark, Inc. reserves the right to inspect and verify the gemstones and precious metals in any items returned and reject items if it appears that they have been misused, altered or damaged by the Customer. The product must be returned in the identical condition it was in when the Customer received it. For instance, if the Customer has resized or otherwise altered the product or its tag, Zalemark, Inc. will not accept the return.
 
d.    The Customer's return package must be complete. That means that all of the items Zalemark, Inc. sent to the Customer, including the jewelry box and the Certificate of Authenticity, if any, must be returned along with the product itself.
 
e.   The returned items must be properly packaged and insured for shipment so that the product arrives at Zalemark, Inc.'s warehouse in the same condition as when Zalemark, Inc. sent it to the Customer. Send your item(s) with Security Tag(s) attached, original packing materials and return form to us as follows. The package must be properly addressed and sent, either (a) postage prepaid, through USPS to 15300 Ventura Blvd. Suite 207, Sherman Oaks, CA 91403. (All returns send via USPS must be insured and/or sent Registered Mail - as Zalemark, Inc. will not be able to issue a refund or replacement for items that are damaged or lost in the return shipping process). Or (b) via UPS following the instructions and using the return label as provided in your original package. With respect to items returned via UPS, we regret that we will not be able to issue a refund or replacement for items damaged or lost in the return shipping process without a UPS scan or receipt confirming return shipment drop-off. Return shipping instructions will be included in your original package, but can also be requested through the Call Center. Returns are limited to one (1) order per return package. Please do not write “Jewelry” or any jewelry-related words on the outside of the package.
 
 
f.     When taking advantage of Zalemark, Inc.'s 15-DayReturn Policy due to a claimed defect or fault in the product, Customers should indicate whether they prefer a refund or replacement. Please note that due to the nature of Zalemark, Inc.'s business, in which its product lines are frequently changing, Zalemark, Inc. may not always be able to offer a replacement. In those cases, Zalemark, Inc. will credit the Customer's original credit/debit card.
 
 
g.    If the above conditions are met, Zalemark, Inc. will credit the Customer's credit/debit card in an amount equal to the price of the returned item(s) and any applicable taxes. Please note that Zalemark, Inc. will not refund or credit shipping and handling charges unless the Customer is returning the item due to a claimed defect or fault in the product and only then if (a) Zalemark, Inc. determines that the item was received by the Customer in that condition (i.e., that the defect or fault was not caused by the Customer) and (b) the defect or fault was not caused during shipping. See Zalemark, Inc.'s Limited Warranty.
 
h.   If the above conditions have not been met, Zalemark, Inc. reserves the right to send the product back to the Customer or provide only a partial refund. Partial refunds will be an amount of up to 85% of the invoiced price for the returned product - depending upon the condition of the item and the completeness of the return.
 
i.    Refused orders. If an order is refused by the Customer we reserve the right to deduct the original shipping charges and any additional fees incurred by the shipping company. In addition we may charge the Customer's credit/debit card a 15% restocking fee.

Depending on availability, purchases may be made either directly through stevenzale.com or through a national distributor. Online purchases from this section of the website may be made by residents of the U.S., for delivery to clients in the U.S. , including Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico.


Payment, Pricing & Promotions


Payment
Stevenzale.com accepts all major credit cards available through Pay Pal. With credit card orders, we will not bill your card until we ship your order. Please be aware that once we receive credit card authorization, the funds will be reserved up to 30 days depending on the bank (please check the policy of your lending institution). Also, if you are paying with a debit card, please verify with your bank if there are limitations pertaining to daily withdrawals on your card. STEVENZALE.COM reserves the right to request additional identification. If this is needed, we will contact you by e-mail or telephone.
The transaction will be charged to your credit card only after we have verified your card details, received credit authorization and confirmed stock availability, and your order is ready to be shipped. Your credit card will not be charged at the time you submit your order but will be authorized for $2 for verification purposes.
If you don’t currently have a PayPal account you can register for a PayPal account by visiting www.paypal.com and clicking on the 'Sign Up' button at the top of the page. After you complete the registration form, PayPal will send you a confirmation email. It will contain instructions to complete the registration process. Once your PayPal account has been created, you can use it to pay for products at stevenzale.com.
 
Sales Tax
Stevenzale.com charges state, local and county taxes on online transactions, as required by applicable laws.  Please note that your on-screen transaction total reflects estimated tax. The actual sales tax will be calculated when your order is shipped and may vary from the estimated tax.
PRICING
Prices displayed on the stevenzale.com website are quoted in U.S. dollars. While we try to ensure that all prices on our website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of the merchandise you have ordered, we will give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or canceling it. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat the order as cancelled.
Title to products you order on this website and risk of loss or damage to products, passes to you upon delivery, provided that we have received payment in full for the products.
Stevenzale.com offers price adjustments for online purchases on first markdown only. Specifically, if an item has been reduced from its full price, we will credit you the difference. A price adjustment request must be made within 10 days of the order date for the price adjustment to be honored. Please contact us by sending an email to customerservice@stevenzale.com. We will refund the adjusted amount in the original form of payment. Please note that a different price adjustment policy may be applicable for in-store purchases.


Viewing Orders


By creating an account with our store, you will be able to move through the checkout process faster, store multiple shipping addresses, view and track your orders in your account and more. Simply “Create an Account” and you will have access to your order history.


Updating Account Information


Before you can update the information on your account, you will need to login to your account. If your e-mail address needs to be updated, remember that you will need to login with your old e-mail address until your e-mail address has been updated in our system. Zalemark, Inc. Limited Warranty

 
Zalemark, Inc. provides the following limited warranty (this "Limited Warranty") with respect to products purchased through Zalemark, Inc or its affiliate companies, Website at www.Zalemark.com or www.amazon.com (the "Site") or through our call center at 1-800-949-9809
What does this warranty cover?
This Limited Warranty covers any defects in materials or workmanship with respect to Zalemark, Inc. products purchased via the Site or Call Center, subject to the exceptions stated below.
 
What does this warranty not cover?
This Limited Warranty does not cover any problems with or damage to the product caused by (a) normal wear and tear resulting from a Customer's use of the product during the warranty period or (b) abuse, misuse, alterations, neglect, exposure to harmful chemicals, detergents or bleaches, or acts of God (such as flood or fire).
 
How long does the coverage last?
This Limited Warranty covers the original purchaser for a period of one hundred and eighty (180) days from the original ship date. Items returned more than one hundred and eighty (180) days after the ship date of the product will not be covered. Coverage terminates if the Customer sells or otherwise transfers the product to someone else.
 
How do I handle the return?
You must call in advance for a return authorization number before we can accept any item for return or repair (800) 949-9809. If the Customer is returning the product during the 15-day return period due to a defect or fault in the product, he or she should indicate whether he or she prefers a refund or replacement.  Beginning the 16th day through 180 days the Customer must provide an explanation of the claimed defect or fault, along with a statement of how and when the problem was discovered. The returned items must be properly packaged for shipment so that the product arrives at Zalemark, Inc.'s warehouse in the same condition as when Zalemark, Inc. sent it to the Customer. Send your item(s) with Security Tag(s) attached, (if within the 15-day refund period) with original packing materials and return form to us as follows. The package must be properly addressed and sent, either (a) postage prepaid, through USPS to 15300 Ventura Blvd., Suite 207, Sherman Oaks, California 91403. USPS must be insured and/or sent Registered Mail - as Zalemark, Inc. will not be able to issue a refund or replacement for items that are damaged or lost in the return shipping process). Or (b) via UPS following the instructions and using the return label as provided in your original package. With respect to items returned via UPS, we regret that we will not be able to issue a refund or replacement for items damaged or lost in the return shipping process without a UPS scan or receipt confirming return shipment drop-off. Return shipping instructions will be included in your original package, but can also be requested through the Call center. Returns are limited to one (1) order per return package. Please do not write “Jewelry” or any other jewelry-related words on the outside of the package.
 
What will Zalemark, Inc. do?
Upon receipt of the Customer's return package, Zalemark, Inc. will promptly inspect the package to determine if the Customer has complied with the return policies set forth in this Limited Warranty and the return instructions included in your original package. If the return is complete and in accordance with the terms of the Limited Warranty, Zalemark, Inc. will either (a) replace the product with a product of the same description as the one being returned (subject to availability) or (b) refund the purchase price of the product to the Customer. Please note that due to the nature of our business, in which our product lines are frequently changing, we may not always be able to offer you a replacement. In those instances where Zalemark, Inc. does not have a replacement item in our inventory, we can issue a credit your credit card or replace the items with a similar item of your choice.. If your return is not in accordance with the Zalemark, Inc. Limited Warranty, we reserve the right to reject the return and to send the product back to you.
 
How does state law apply?
This Limited Warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
 
LIMITATION OF DURATION OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES
PLEASE NOTE THAT THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE ARE HEREBY LIMITED IN DURATION TO ONE HUNDRED AND EIGHTY (180) DAYS FROM THE SHIP DATE OF THE PRODUCT (i.e., THOSE IMPLIED WARRANTIES SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE DURATION OF THE LIMITED WARRANTY SET FORTH ABOVE). Please note that some jurisdictions may not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you. Check your local laws for any restrictions regarding the limitation of implied warranties.
 
What if I discover the defect or fault right away?
Notwithstanding the foregoing Limited Warranty, if a product is defective or damaged upon receipt, Zalemark, Inc. recommends that Customers take advantage of Zalemark, Inc.'s 15-day Return Policy. While the Customer's right to return the product in the first 15 days (10 days with regard to products priced at over $10,000) is essentially automatic - subject to the terms of our return policy - Zalemark, Inc. does ask Customers to provide the following information: (a) the nature of any defect(s) in or damage to the product at the time you received it so that we can avoid inadvertently restocking a defective item and (b) the condition of the package at the time it arrived so that we can determine whether it was damaged during shipping. If the product is returned to us pursuant to the 15-Day Return Policy in less than mint condition and you do not provide the above information to us, we reserve the right to reject your return (or refuse to reimburse you for shipping and handling charges). We also reserve the right to reject your return for the reasons stated above in the section entitled "What does this warranty not cover?"
